PB over time
runs PB typical range
Fastest 40L time; lower is better. The step line is PB improvements, the faded dots are every run, and the shaded band is the middle 50% of your last 5 runs. The chart stops a third above your PB, so slower runs are not shown.

How these are measured
A sprint counts once it reaches 40 lines. Speed is pieces per second, so a run with more pieces but the same time is faster; efficiency is the piece count itself. The PB is the fastest finish. Runs more than 25% slower than the PB are left out of the average and the consistency figure, but they stay on the chart as hollow dots and they count in the loss breakdown.
Consistency is the coefficient of variation of per-run PPS: the sample standard deviation divided by the mean of the same per-run PPS values, shown as a percentage. It is not a percentage of your PB. 0% means every run had exactly the same speed; a larger number means more spread, so lower is better. The average is total pieces over total time, not a mean of per-run PPS, so a full 40L run counts more than a short one.
The loss breakdown is per 40L game, not a window total: each bar shows where that game's time over the PB pace went, with losses to the right and time ahead to the left. It compares every piece with the PB run's pace for the same situation: thinking before the first move (at spawn, after a clear, a quad, a T-spin clear or a hold), then execution (extra finesse keys, a changed mind, or slow moves). A board is called hard when it is tall, holed or jagged enough to take real work. Pieces longer than three seconds are left out of both sides of the comparison, since a gap that long is more likely a distraction than Tetris; the ignored time is reported above. The figures are estimates, not a reconstruction of what you were thinking.
The PB chart is the running minimum 40L time in m:ss.cc, so it only ever goes down; each filled marker is a new personal best, and the hollow one is the PB you started the window with; the shaded band is the middle 50% of your last five runs. The speed chart is the daily average PPS (a 40L run is about a minute) with a shaded band for the slowest and fastest full 5-second windows anywhere in that day's runs. At one day there is no time series, so the day's average and burst range are drawn as horizontal marks over the individual runs.
